I have the above. A house wide electrical surge has effected the console main circuit board. Mechanically the exercise bike is normal, but in the electronic control, when trying to change the petal resistance (pushing the plus + or - button) by any amount the resistance increases to 100% resistance then backs down to the lowest resistance, all in one cyclic motion. Therefore, it will not maintain any petal resistance. Also the heart pulse counter does not work now.
Probably, the only fix is the replacement of that control board or entire console. The information on the circuit board itself is:
