Hello;

I am totally bummed out that I have a True 500EA Elliptical in perfectly good condition except for the footpads, which are breaking and cracking.

Can anyone PLEASE help with replacements or a source for aftermarket parts? I am unable to locate them and my dealer states they cannot find them, either.

The part # is (10001280) and the item looks like this:
