What do you service guys use out there for work orders on customers equipment. When a customer calls, are you hand writting out a work order and directions, or is there a peice of software that is designed for this that you are using?
Does this software keep track of work history?
Can your customers see a history on their equipment online with this software?

Last year we released a customer service management program that should help you keep your customers and the work you've done on their equipment organized. Create an account at FitnessRepairParts.com and you can free access to this program.

Hi FRP. I just started my company last year and I've been looking into getting a CMS or CSM in your case. Is the program still available?
