Replacement Friction/Resistance Strap

Am looking for a replacement friction (or resistance) strap/belt, for an upright stationary exercise bike. As far as I can tell, it was built by "Healthware" from "Homeware division of TYE-SIL corp". Probably built in Canada. I don't know how old this bike is.

Anyone know where one can get a replacement strap?

Maybe someone knows where to get friction/resistance straps... It doesn't have to be for this model as they all seem to be roughly the same. It just needs to be 39 inches long.
