Problems with my HEALTHRIDER

Hi,
I'm a new user with a problem.
My HEALTHRIDER Soft Strider EX has stopped working.
I get an E21 display in the speed category when I try to program the machine.
Does anyone know what the problem might be or of a local repair facility? I live in N. Virginia outside Washington DC.

Try looking throught the basic thread for posts about E21.
