If you have been trying to get a hold of Keys Fitness Lately (I have) .... THEIR GONE. Their phone system will let you stay on hold for up to an hour then kick you out.
I found out to day from a reliable source that they are closed and seeling off their product.
I know FitnessRepairParts has some stock parts left (they had what I needed) so if you need something you better buy it now.

Keys should pay you - this has been the most helpful (but disheartening) reply I've received regarding my non-functioning treadmill.
I've been waiting on a motor for my Smooth 9.2P (made by Keys) for over four months. The motor burned out while under warranty. Each time I called, they said they were waiting on a new shipment. Now when I call I just get a recording that hangs up on me.
Thanks for your answer to what happened to these guys. They have been harder to get ahold of than my ex-best friend who stole my favorite headband in 7th grade. I supposed I am just stuck with a bum treadmill since this is an impossible to find motor.
Frickin' frickers!

Great to hear from other people and no great that you have the same story as many of people do... As a matter of fact, I just have the customer who also has Smooth 9.2P and the thing is sgutting off, I checked before the service call and informed that parts are not available for this unit but she really loves her unit and wanted us at least to take a look at it. So technician determines that it would need a new deck and running belt, I again checked with Smooth and they sent me to Keys (which I had such a horrible overall experience...they said they would probably be able to get the deck but it is not ins stock...and knowing Keys I did not place the order and notified customer that parts are not available... Customer found treadmilldoctor and purchased a new deck and belt from them, first thing the deck was the wrong size and no holes, the belt was also incorrect size, customer provided measurments and finally seems like she got the right parts this time and paid a LOT of money for the parts...now the thing is that after 15 minutes it is making horrible noise...(deck and belt still has not been replaced)...possibly the drive motor which still would be under warranty, or little chance that it would be the rollers (I'd assume they would make noise right away), so she hopes that is the motor because as she was talking to Smooth ppl sounds like they rebuild the drive motors, also a guy at Smooth rebuilds the rollers. So we still might be able to fix the tread if there's nothing else to it, seems like no way back already after spending so much money...
just wanted to share

I have a Cardio Zone Elite T treadmill that has quit working properly. According to Treadmill doctor I need an upper display board. Do you know where I can get one?
