Hoist Multi hip cable replacement?!?

I need a replacement cable for my Hoist Multi-hip machine. I have been told it is a

3/16” Ball end Shank 10 foot length cable. But I cannot find anyone that has it or can make one. Anyone have any ideas?

Any help is greatly appreciated!!
