Hi
I am looking for a part for a healthstream treadmill:

Input power 240VAC
Treadmill:
Healthstream
GS1185T

PCB:
Manufactured by www.motordriver.com.tw
Labelled: DK15-220

Motor:
180V
1.5HP
5A

If anyone can help with where I might get one of these or a suitable replacement this would be great
