Display Board for Precor c846 Recumbent

We've got a Precor recumbent bike c846 with an error 5 code. Seems after some testing we've found it to be a faulty display housing. It appears that precor used to sell the display housing integrated with the buttons, but no longer make or have them available to sell. We've been unable to locate any. Does anyone know or HAVE one for sale or have suggestions for a fix (it appears one of the buttons may be stuck)

Do you have the serial number of the unit. Precor serial numbers contain the the exact version of you unit.

I'm at home now, but I believe it begins with NN... , but I'll confirm ASAP when I return to work. I think I've been told those first 2 letters are important. I'll respond with more details soon as I can.

The serial number of this recumbent bike is: NNJ22Q0002. Look forward to your response.
