I am with a rural hospital and we are looking for a seat made by BIODEX. the serial number is #U01091983 and the model # is 945130. We have contacted several places and they no longer sell this seat.. It is for our Rehab/PT dept....all help would be appreciated. Thanks[/b][/color][/size][/font]
