Most of the time if you know approximately the power output,that is, volts x amps you can get a universal acdc converter with a half dozen tips and a variable voltage setting for about 20.00 at a home store . I know Phillips is one brand but there are many. Most ellipticals are about 1 amp with about 9 volts behind it. Make sure you observe polarity on the tip- inside is usually positive and the outside,negative. Peace
