Need display for older Schwinn Airdyne

I need the back plate that holds the battery in the display. The display is rectangular with square bottom. Two display windows on the front. One for WORK/SPEED and the other for TIME/TOTAL.
The plate that covers the battery is 2 3/4" wide and 3 3/4" long. The bottom 3/4" of length is narrow and fits in a slot to lock battery compartment.
