I have a Nautilus NE2000. I need the axle in the front wheel assembly. The torque from usage sheared the 1/2 inch steel on one side
so the crankshaft dropped off.
Found a picture on sears parts PDF that refered to it as R01.
I had to take the c clips off using a tool (from ACE hardware) clip removal tool to get the bearings off. A bunch of work.
The axle has squared taperred ends for the crankshaft, and then threads for the nut.
So for me to repair I need that part. If you don't want to tear things apart, I guess you could sell the whole assembly
including the bearings, the plastic wheel. etc.
