I am looking for a wheel part# 13000216 for. Schwann 427P. It looks like a bearing, but has a hard plastic coating on the outside. It is used to guide and allow pedals to run smoothly. I have checked on other sights and it seems to be discontinued. Used would be fine as well. Help!
