Help needed guys! I'm pretty new to this whole fitness stuff, I've never been a big exerciser or calorie counter or anything like that but after putting on way too many lbs I'm starting to take it serious. I've had a couple friends use exercise bands and they say it really helps. I found this site best exercise band and I was wondering if you guys have had any experience with them. I'm more leaning towards the nike fuelband because I've read some good reviews but just hoping for a little advice before purchase. Sorry, this is so new to me.
