I come from a Pilates background and I find much value in these exercises. I feel that I've attained levels of next level balance, endurance, strength and flexibility. I've been training at this one Pilates studio in Los Angeles, and have completely changed my lifestyle since starting.
My goal is to couple Pilates workouts with free weights to reach bigger muscle gains and to achieve the look I want. I want to turn my lean body into muscle.
Who else here is down with Pilates?
