Hello,
My name is Brian Mundy and I am the fitness equipment tech here @ UVA. I do the pms, repair, service work and upholstery work on our ever growing inventory of strength and freeweight equipment. Most of my work is done on commercial equipment, have done a few residential repairs. We have a variety of manufactures...Bodymasters, Cybex, Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, True, Stairmaster, Quinton, Precor, Concept 2, Versa Climber, Sci Fit. I think that pretty much covers it for now! I am looking for other to exchange ideas with for suppliers of parts, or any neat little trick. If you want to now about upholstery, I will answer your questions as best as i can.
