Star Trac RB 4400 - johndek - 04-08-2015 Does anybody have an electrical schematic for a Star Trac Recumbent Bike model 4400 series? The alternator and battery appear to be OK, but the unit no longer has any control or display. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. RE: Star Trac RB 4400 - atpands - 04-09-2015 I have Star Trac Model 4400 Stepper and there was no power. Battery voltage was just over 6.0 volts. Tested everything else and it turned out that the battery needed just a little more juice. What voltage did you measure? It should be at about 6.3v RE: Star Trac RB 4400 - johndek - 04-20-2015 (04-09-2015, 01:08 AM)atpands Wrote: I have Star Trac Model 4400 Stepper and there was no power. It should be at about 6.3v Thanks for your response. I checked and the battery was at 3.3V and the generator had no output. Therefore I guess the generator needs replacing and am going to try that. Thanks again. RE: Star Trac RB 4400 - atpands - 04-21-2015 I am guessing you meant to say 6.3v from the battery. That's too bad about the generator. I know it's a bit of a costly deal...but if that gets it back up and running then I guess all is good. Let me know how it turns out. No, the battery actually read 3.3V with no output from the generator. It'll probably be a while before it gets fixed. Have to find if the gen can be repaired (possibly brushes?) or if it needs to be replaced. Will keep in touch. BTW, I was unable to get to your URL - a problem with the site. |
