Not a lot of help here. Apparantly Workout Warehouse purchased a lot of their contracts. Not much info is available. Here is what I have 800-251-0025 is workout warehouse. The company that manufactured the motor is 800-MINARIK. I hope you find what you need.

Is there a picture anywhere of what you need. Is it a magnetic key that pulls off or is it the type that slides into the console. I will look it up again.
Go to ebay and check there. I found one that you should look at. Item #350795661928.

Hi Atpand, thank you so much for the help, please find attached the pics you required, and this key is for safty purpose, which to attached on the clothes of users to help stop the equipment in case of accidently falling down. I searched on ebay with the item# you provided but can't find it, I'm not a ebay user yet but will register to try further...Hi Atpand, I found a Part#KK-6178-T on eBay but not sure how to confirm if it fit my machine?

There really is no way to tell. Looks like you can order that part from a company called Treadmill Doctor. Of course if it doesn't fit I'm sure you can return it. $30 seems like quite a bit to pay but I don't know that there is another option at this point. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
