Can you provide a model number besides the model name CXT910. Should be a NTE, or NTC, or 298 number. Thanks

This elliptical was given to me. At the time I was told it was missing a screw, which I purchased and then noticed it was also missing the bushing. I dont have a manual and I looked but dont see anything other than CXT910 on it.

I dont know what model it would be.

There should be a sticker somewhere on the machine that gives model and serial number. Do you have a similar bushing on the other side or anything like that. You may be better off trying to match it up at a hardware store. I am not seeing much available for this unit.

The only #s I found are 831.29865.0 897. There are 2 bushings, one on each side. I have one but need the other. I've been to several hardware stores but they have nothing similar and the bushing is no longer manufactured.

Okay the 831 number is also a model number. I will see what I can find for you.

I appreciate

Okay. Looks like that bushing has some kind of extra notch on one end. I hope it doesn't. The only advice I can offer is to measure the other bushing and try to have one made. Try national bronze.com. They tell you how to measure the bushing and how to submit it to be made. You may even offer to send the twin bushing in to be copied. I have never used them but this may be the only option. Hope this helps and I hope you find it! Let me know.
