Safeware ESP, friend or foe? - nmartin - 01-28-2014 It's been a while since I've been on the board but I'm happy to see the veterans and the new faces... So, on to my question... our local dealer has started selling Safeware ESP (extended service plans) with almost very single piece of equipment that we deliver. Now it's been a while and the manufacturer's warranty (mostly Precor) have started to run out and we're getting tapped to sign up with Safeware. I've had a look at their "Service Provider Agreement" and it's 29 pages of legalese that I'm currently wading through. Safeware is new to Canada and fitness equipment is a recent addition to their line of covered products. As for local info, I've asked around to the rest of the service providers up here that I'm friendly with and no-one knows much about them... Has anyone got any history with this group that they can share? Good, bad or otherwise, I'd appreciate what you have to share... RE: Safeware ESP, friend or foe? - nmartin - 02-02-2014 bumping...
