Not all Exercise Mats are narrow and thin. - Eric L - 07-31-2013 I have tried almost every mat out there possible to workout on. I like doing P90X at home and hate the narrow thin yoga mats. I spend about half the time working out trying to stay on the mat. After months of not being able to find a mat that has enough support, big enough to work out on, and still portable, I developed my own. Been testing it in Denver, CO. for past few months and was also on the news this morning. I wanted to offer the information here as a solution to working out on a crappy mat. If you want more information. Thank you and I hope you find this information useful. If you workout, you will like Pogamat.
