Here is the closest thing I found that is still available. It is actually for the Schwinn 710S and is 4 inches longer than the one listed for the PT700.

I need the Lat Pulldown cable # 13001328 as well for our Schwinn PT700.
Did you get the one for the Schwinn 710S and shorten it? If so how did you have it shortened (who can do that sort of thing?).
