retired 2 years ago, from a physical jo, and feeling the effects of only being slightly active. I'm 65, and need to lose 20 lbs., and build stamina up. retirement is not all that you expect it to be, it's a big life change.

Gotta exercise. Even if it is simply motion. You don't need resistance or any fancy machine. Riding an exercise with minimal resistance, or taking daily walks. Happy retirement!
