I'm looking for a Lower Control board for a Vision Fitness Eliptical.  The part number is 001925-D.  The number on the board assy is CB20-M10D.  I'm pretty sure this board is the problem.  It won't charge the battery or change resistance.  'The display and timer work fine.  The board has no sign of heat or damaged component.  If you are familiar with this board and may know which component is defective or where I can get a schematic, please advise.  I can repair to component level.

I found the part at Treadmilldoctor.com for $209, but hate to pay that when I'm not sure it's the problem.  Any thoughts or confirmation the lower control board is the issue?
