I dropped the adaptor onto a cement floor and now the machine will not power up..I assume I need a new adaptor. Could that be right? If so, where do I get one? I bought the machine in dec 2008. Everything I find talks about before 2007. It is a NE2000.

Take your old adaptor to store like Radioshack and maybe they can match it.
