So you have your old Power Pro XTL Bowflex and want to upgrade it to 410LBs but no one has the parts... Simply upgrade it yourself using the 410LB upgrade from a newer Bowflex system Xtremes, Sports, Ultimates, Blaze, the box itself is around $14USD. I was able to bolt this on to the main rod box with 4 (four) ¼” x 1” Hex Head Bolts. Two Bolts were mounted in the middle and the other two bolts were mounted on the sides. I used a ¼” wood drill bit to drill through the plastic. I was able to align the drill holes by first drilling into the main Rod box. Then I tapped the upgrade rod box to the main and used a little paint and a Q-tip to mark the holes. Then I drilled out the holes on the upgrade rod box. It took awhile to insert and screw the bolts on the side but once it was in; it was in. I used Gorilla glue after everything was as tight as I could get it to hold the bolts in place. See Pictures below.
